Outbound Handling Fee Policy – Raw / Unprocessed Grain

When customers remove grain from our facility in an unprocessed, raw state (including but not limited to soybeans or corn), an Outbound Handling Fee of $30.00 per MT will be charged.

This fee covers the costs associated with:

  • Handling and loading raw commodities

  • Use of elevator equipment and labor

  • Administrative and operational expenses related to outbound movement of unprocessed grain

Policy Details

  1. The $30/MT fee applies only to grain taken from the facility in a raw, non-processed state.

  2. The fee is calculated based on the total outbound weight as recorded on certified scale tickets.

  3. Fees are due at the time of outbound settlement unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

  4. The facility reserves the right to update this fee without notice.

  5. We are not responsible for any quality claims related to outbound grain. All grain is taken “as-is” at the time of removal.

  6. All applicable outbound handling fees must be paid in full prior to the release or removal of any grain from the facility, and the customer’s account must be fully settled or otherwise in good standing as a condition of release.
